Summer Phone Numbers
If you need to speak with someone at camp during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., please call our LLYC Office number listed above. One of our office administrators will be happy to answer any questions or help put you in contact with the person you are looking for.
If you need to speak with someone at camp over the weekend, please call our Sugar Shack at 830-291-8627. Our Sugar Shack staff monitor the phones from 9 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekends. They do their best to answer calls as they come in, but if they are unavailable, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call promptly.
If you have an urgent need to reach a camper or summer staffer outside of business hours, you may call us on our EMERGENCY LINE at 830-291-8671. We ask that you do not use this line except for true emergencies or situations that require immediate attention. This will ring a group of full-time staff until someone picks up. Our staff takes these calls very seriously, so please do not call this number unless it is urgent.
